HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please contact us directly at info@chardeanchum.com for inquiries. Orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production and balance will be due prior to ship date. All items are custom handmade and have approximately 12 week lead time from deposit.
DO YOU HAVE PIECES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY? DO YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH ORDERS?
Our pieces are made to order and lead times may vary per product but typically allow 12 weeks. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated for a 20% rush fee. Please contact us directly at info@chardeanchum.com for further details.
WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING PROCESS? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Once we have received full payment, we will arrange shipping with our standard UPS Ground delivery service unless otherwise noted. For Express Priority shipping please contact us to make arrangements.
UPS Ground Shipping is 1-10 Business Days
Express Shipping is 1-3 Business Days

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Custom and made to order items may not be returned. Deposit payment is due prior to production start, balance payment is due upon completion prior to shipping. If the product is damaged or defective we will issue a full refund and/or repair at our discretion. This will be determined once we have received the item at our facility. The product must be unassembled and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LIGHTING WARRANTY
We will warrant fixtures 6 months after receipt of product. We warrant that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 6 months after date of purchase. We will repair or replace defective components or product. We reserve the right to inspect any damage before having any obligation under its limited warranty, all costs of shipping if necessary for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Lighting fixtures are labelled clearly with the max wattage. Use of higher wattage bulbs than indicated will forfeit warranty.
We are not responsible for the following:
– Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or solutions.
– Damage caused by improper assembly and or installation.
– Damage caused by improper use of light bulbs.
– Our lighting fixtures are for indoor use only. We are therefore not responsible for any improper environmental use.
DAMAGES
Damages must be documented and reported within 10 business of receipt. We are not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
